Q: Hi We are from overseas and not from USA so all the pickup points do not mean anything at all. Thats why I need to know the closest pickup point from Orchid Suit Hollywood so that we can see if its a possiblity to join the tour or find another place to stay. I chose this tour as this Question and answer site is a god sent to out of USA tourists like me Thanks a lot.

The Orchard Suite Hollywood is approximately 15 miles from the closest pickup location on this tour.
If you are able to choose a different hotel accommodation in order to join this tour, we highly suggest you book one of the hotels that are used as pickup locations for this tour.

The price for 4 people one room is $293.00All the standard rooms we reserve are non smoking, keep in mind the Stratosphere's casino and most of Las Vegas casinos do not prohibit smoking.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the hotel but 90% of the tome it is the Stratosphere hotel.

The maximum amount of people on tour is approximately 60.
Many of our customers link the East and West Coast tours back to back and thoroughly enjoy themselves on both legs of the tour.
Most hotels used on tour do not offer breakfast. Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide while on tour and you will have the option to purchase meals at that time.

*The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *additional fee) on share room basis.*Prices listed have been adjusted.
*Additional fee = $139.00
***Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 5 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers.
*Cancellations of the Free Passenger(s) within 5 days of tour departure and No-Shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a $248 (additional surcharge applies on holiday) penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide on the date of tour departure in order to participate on the tour.

This tour uses the 40 freeway for the route between Las Vegas and Grand Canyon.
There are no photo opportunities along the route between the two cities. The bus will make stops every 2-3 hours for restroom and stretching breaks. You can take photos at these times.
